New York City restaurateurs Josh Pickard, John McDonald and Chef/Partner Josh Capon will debut the Miami Beach outpost of their critically-acclaimed establishment in New York’s hip, downtown SOHO neighborhood. Slated to open November 2013 at the Loews Miami Beach, Lure will feature a swanky yacht-inspired design, fresh creative seafood dishes, and a bustling atmosphere.
Capon’s menu will include an array of raw bar and sushi bar offerings, Miami-inspired dishes and SOHO signature favorites including Taylor Bay Scallop Ceviche with Cucumber and Golden Pineapple Salsa; Steamed Red Snapper with Bok Choy, Pickled Red Peppers and a Coconut Curry Mussel Broth; Classic Lobster Roll; and the New York Wine and Food Festival Burger Bash award-winning Lure Burger.
Between its catch-of-the-day freshness and posh nautical motif, Lure Fishbar fits in perfectly on South Beach and is expected to be a sure hit on Miami’s culinary landscape.
