Starting this Sunday December 21, Scarpetta, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature Italian restaurant, will open for brunch from 11 am to 3 pm. The price per person is $49.95 and $24.95 for children under 10 years old.
Chef Scott Conant offers a menu of seasonally inspired Italian cuisine with clean, earthy flavors that play homage
to his Italian heritage. Try some of his signature dishes like Creamy polenta with fricassee of truffled mushrooms or Spaghetti with Tomato & Basil.
